Locality Plan

Located three kilometres south west of the Havelock North village, and nestled amongst the North facing hills, Endsleigh Park (the Development) is a 21.3 hectare development which enjoys panoramic views and all day sun. The Development is comprised of 25 residential lots and an 18 hectare common allotment made up of a selection of walkways, wetlands, extensive native re-vegetation and other social nodes which will be maintained collectively by the Residents Society, this is to overcome the burden of maintaining typical “Lifestyle” blocks.

The layout and formation of the Development has been designed to maximise the long-term integrity of the landscape to ensure its function as a sustainable, low-put ecosystem. Each lot has been designed with a building envelope to ensure visual and acoustic privacy, with a number of covenant requirements in place to maintain and protect the surrounding environment.  Lot sizes vary according to topography but are typically just over a quarter of an acre, or 1100m2 in size.
